Personalize OAF Pages

Profile Options for OAF

This is a list of some profile options that are related to OAF pages. These profile options are essential for working on OAF personalization.

• Personalize Self-Service Defn
  – Set the value to Yes to allow ‘Personalize’ link to appear at the top of the page
  E.g.
  
  
• FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled
  – Set the value to Yes to display all the personalization links above each OAF page region
  – Set the value to Minimal to display key regional links
  E.g.
  With profile value set to Yes,
  
  
  With profile value set to Minimal,
  
  
• Disable Self-Service Personal
  – Set the value to Yes will disable all OAF personalizations on all pages at all levels (Function, Site, Responsibility, User)
• FND: Diagnostics
  – Set the value to Yes to display “About this Page” link at the bottom left of each OAF page
  E.g.
  
  
• FND: Personalization Document Root Path (new in 11.5.10)
  – This profile option is required to migrate OAF personalizations
  – Set this profile option to a directory on the server with read and write permissions
• FND:OA:Enable Defaults
  – Set the value to Yes to allow item values to be defaulted from OAF personalizations
